The first time I received Reiki treatment, I could feel my feet moving and the energy moving through my body. It was a profound experience which lead me to embark upon my own Reiki path. I was in inner turmoil when the session began, and left with a sense of well-being, peace, and a delight in learning and sharing Reiki with others. Over time I became aware of the strength that stillness brought and the clarity that became available to me.
My wish for you is that you will claim the time and space for yourself that you feel you need, because taking time and space for yourself gives you an opportunity to recuperate from life's challenges and to reflect on the way ahead.
